Barbadillo - Fino Sherry 75cl

Aged in casks under a floating layer of yeast known as the flor, using the traditional Solera system within the ancient cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo.

This unique aging process gives this Sherry its characteristic straw colour, almond aroma and crispy, dry flavour.

Serve chilled, in a white wine glass.
