Glen Moray is one of our favourite distilleries, and one we believe to be one of the most underrated in the whisky industry as it produces so many incredible whiskies yet is not as well known as it should be in our view. This cask has been matured in a first fill ex-Bourbon cask for seven years, resulting a flavour profile full of juicy oak notes coupled with lots or fresh orchard fruits notes such as apples and pears with wave after wave of vanilla coming through too.
