Appearance: Pale gold in colour, firm head of foam which holds its own. Slight Haze due to the beer being unfined (vegan)

Aroma: Notes of sweet grapefruit and a hint of ripe mango in the background. Citrus and light tropical fruit nose.

Taste: Grapefruit, some mid-palate graininess from the malt. Easy drinking beerTexture and finish: Crisp, dryness in the finish. Long dry finish. Low bitterness. Medium bodied.
