A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pressac (Malbec) and Carménère. The nose is rather complex and intense. It expresses notes of fresh, ripe fruits which are accompanied by little notes of roasts and spices. The palate is fleshy, balanced, elegant and slightly woody. It expresses notes of cassis, plum and spice on the palate associated with small black cherry. The tannins are well-made, fine and supple. The finish is elegant, fruity and long.

Perfect Pairing: Crispy duck, roast pork, medium strength cheeses.
