A blend of mainly Clairette. An intense, shiny gold colour. On the nose, expressive, floral aromas, toasted almonds and verbena. On the palette, opulent, with an explosion of fruity aromas, pear, pineapple and toasted almond. The balance, smoothness and great concentration of this wine are revealed in the mid-palate. The finish, of incredible length, is marked by the persistence of the fruit and a little tangy freshness.

Perfect Pairing: Foie gras, fish pie, strong aged cheese.
